Friday Tech News | Welcome To September

9/6/2024

Good morning and Happy Friday!

Welcome to FTN! I hope you’ve had a great week. Personally, for work I’ve been in Orlando at my annual sales kickoff which has been wonderful. Truly, Presidio where I work is filled with some incredibly talented people that I respect who are doing incredible things with technology. Happy about that. Next week might be challenging due to some personal travel I have planned to get this out, but I’ll likely get it! Just fair warning.

I’ve learned a lot and have kept up with the news while attending sessions and it’s been a slower week in tech but with some major funding. Check out the funding from OpenAI’s Illya Sutskever on GenAI security. Pretty massive.

Enjoy your weekend! Talk next week!
