  • Great to see a hiring story instead of a firing story this week. I'll try and report on these more too.

  • They're late to the game on this but, will be interesting to see what the offering looks like.

  • What's more interesting is where Microsoft is positioned

Articles I Liked This Week 💡

  • This one spoke to me. I see E3 and E5 everywhere and more and more businesses looking to leverage the power of Defender.

Tech Funding & M&A 💸

  • Quite astounding to see Wiz have this sort of a round while overall funding is down significantly in Q1. If you've been paying attention to their meteoric rise, you'll know that big things are likely in store here.

  • Wiz is an Israel based cybersecurity platform that provides solutions such as cloud security, incident response, and risk analytics for enterprises.

  • Temporal is a Washington based open-source microservices orchestration platform that allows developers to build, deploy, and manage cloud applications.

  • Ondat is an England based K8s native platform that offers solutions such as cloud storage, DevOps, and data compression for businesses.

  • Axis Security is a cloud security provider specializing in SASE.

  • Trackd is a Virgina based cybersecurity platform that provides solutions such as vulnerability remediation and patch management.
